Where do you ship from?

Most orders are processed through Nu Skin’s official U.S. fulfillment center and shipped directly to your address.

However, select special offers and a few of my personal go-to products may ship from my own small stock — allowing me to offer you a better price and faster delivery when possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery in the U.S. usually takes 5 – 10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is processed.

Is shipping free?

Yes! All orders over $80 ship for free within the U.S.

Do you offer international shipping?

Nu Skin operates in over 50 countries, and products are sold and distributed locally in each region to avoid international shipping costs and customs fees.

Currently, I offer local distribution in the United States and Venezuela. I’m actively working on expanding this model to more countries soon.

We’re all human, and mistakes can happen. And since the packages aren’t hand-delivered by my kids (as much as I wish they were 😅), I can’t promise perfection every time — but I can promise to make it right.
