Return and Refund Policy
If a customer desires to return a Nu Skin product, then the following refund policy will apply to customers:
Customers buying directly on www.nuskin.com
If a customer purchases a Nu Skin product directly from NuSkin.com, then unless otherwise required by applicable law or a specific product guarantee, Nu Skin will provide the customer a refund on the returned product. See Nu Skin Refund policy and Return Policy
Customers buying on carobertorelli.com
I will provide a customer a refund as follows:
(a) One hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price of the product sold if the returned product is unopened and resalable and returned at the customer's own cost within fifteen (15) days from the order date.
(b) Ninety percent (90%) of the purchase price of the product sold by me to the customer if the returned product is unopened and resalable and returned at the customer’s own cost within thirty (30) days from the order date.
(c) You may only return the products you personally purchased from carobertorelli.com. I do not refund the original shipping costs on products that you return. You can not return individual products that are purchased as part of a kit, package or bundle. The product mus be returned in its original sales form (kit, package, bundle or promo).
(d) The form of the refund will be based on the original form of payment such as a bank transfer, gift card, or a credit card charge.
(e) The equivalent reward points on the return will be deducted from your account.
